SYNTOWAX P 29M50 (901)
Plastowax P 29M50 is a micronized polypropylene wax.
Micronized waxes are synthetic polyethylene, polypropylene or amide waxes obtained by grinding polymer raw materials in a jet mill or by spraying. The type of final product can be either round particles of the same shape, or unevenly fragmented of various shapes.
You can buy these products in bulk at a price of 410 r / kg from the company "Forplast Trading".
The products are supplied in polypropylene bags of 15 kg.

Application:
Micronized waxes are used as an additive in the production of coatings and surfaces, improving their gloss and glide, and they also contribute to good dispersion of resins and form a smooth layer on the surface to protect it from scratches and abrasion. They are part of powder and architectural paints, coatings for wood.

Application:
- External lubricant / lubricant, plasticizer for polymers (PVC, PP, HDPE, LDPE, Rubbers);
- Dispersant and plasticizer in super concentrates (masterbatches, polymer compositions);
- Viscosity regulator in hot melt adhesives and adhesives, oils, coolant;
- Component of wax compositions (paraffin compositions, model injection formulations for metallurgy, candles);
- Temperature and strength modifier in thermoplastics, bitumen.

Application
Advantages of the application:
- provides increased manufacturability and increased service life of the roadway;
- it forms a reinforcing spatial structure in the bitumen binder during cooling, which gives additional rigidity to the composition under operating load conditions;
- It has a positive effect on the number of penetrations, softening temperatures and adhesion to asphalt concrete filler;
- it increases the resistance against the displacement of the bitumen film from the rock surface with water, and also increases the resistance against chemical reagents;
- dispersion and dissolution in the binder is achieved at operating cooking temperatures of more than 110 C. The input can be carried out at the stage of preparation and processing of bitumen binder, with preliminary mechanical mixing with other fillers;
- The effectiveness is manifested when introducing up to 1.5% by weight into the binder.
