Plastema WC 24
An aqueous nonionic dispersion of polyethylene wax intended for use in coatings. The recommended dosage is 2-5% of the additive in the form of delivery to the general formulation. It is desirable to introduce the additive into the product at the end of the production process. Mix thoroughly before use.

P24M10 is a micronized polypropylene wax, representing a universal high-temperature additive with a melting point of 146–152 °C, compatible with most coating systems, including solvent-based, powder, epoxy, polyester, acrylic, and UV-curable coatings. Its key function is the formation of a strong and hard protective surface layer that significantly enhances the coating’s resistance to abrasive wear and scratching. At the same time, the wax acts as a highly effective matting agent, providing a uniform, stable, and deep matte finish.
Thanks to its chemical inertness and high melting point, P24M10 remains stable within formulations and during service without negatively affecting other film properties. It is used in protective, industrial, and decorative coatings where increased surface wear resistance, resistance to mechanical damage, and a stable matte appearance are required.
