Syntowax E 16P/G (300TD)
Polyethylene wax is oxidized, nonpolar.
Polyethylene waxes of medium viscosity are high—pressure ethylene polymers with a molecular weight from 1000 to 2000 AU with a dynamic viscosity value (180-300 MPa·C at 140 ° C).
Polyethylene waxes of medium viscosity are able to increase the dispersion of pigments in the polymer matrix, reduce the softening point of the system, are a good external lubricant for PVC, reduce friction and increase extrusion productivity. The material is resistant to oxidation. It is used as a viscosity regulator in hot melt adhesives and adhesives, a melting point modifier in thermoplastics and bitumen.
The products are manufactured according to Technical conditions 243583-002-35206235-2018 "1" and are delivered on pallets (1000kg) in polypropylene bags of 20 kg.
The product is an analog of PV-200 wax. You can buy these products in bulk at a price from 212-217 r / kg from the company "Forplast Trading".
Application:
- External lubricant / lubricant, plasticizer for polymers (PVC, PP, HDPE, LDPE, Rubbers);
- Dispersant and plasticizer in super concentrates (masterbatches, polymer compositions);
- Viscosity regulator in hot melt adhesives and adhesives, oils, coolant;
- Component of wax compositions (paraffin compositions, model injection formulations for metallurgy, candles);
- Temperature and strength modifier in thermoplastics, bitumen.

P24M10 is a micronized polypropylene wax, representing a universal high-temperature additive with a melting point of 146–152 °C, compatible with most coating systems, including solvent-based, powder, epoxy, polyester, acrylic, and UV-curable coatings. Its key function is the formation of a strong and hard protective surface layer that significantly enhances the coating’s resistance to abrasive wear and scratching. At the same time, the wax acts as a highly effective matting agent, providing a uniform, stable, and deep matte finish.
Thanks to its chemical inertness and high melting point, P24M10 remains stable within formulations and during service without negatively affecting other film properties. It is used in protective, industrial, and decorative coatings where increased surface wear resistance, resistance to mechanical damage, and a stable matte appearance are required.

Micronized waxes are used as additives in the production of coatings and surface finishes. They improve gloss and slip properties, promote effective resin dispersion, and form a smooth surface layer that protects against scratching and abrasion.
They are used in powder coatings, architectural paints, and wood coatings.
