Forplast Trading llc, together with road laboratories and the Asphalt Plant, develops polymer modifiers and additives for bitumen.
Plastobit is a synthetic wax for the structural modification of bitumen in the production of asphalt concrete, as well as roofing materials and waterproofing.
Chemical composition: high density polyethylene wax, oxidized.
The products are delivered on pallets (1000 kg) in polypropylene bags of 20 kg.

Application
Advantages of the application:- provides increased manufacturability and increased service life of the roadway;
- it forms a reinforcing spatial structure in the bitumen binder during cooling, which gives additional rigidity to the composition under operating load conditions;
- It has a positive effect on the number of penetrations, softening temperatures and adhesion to asphalt concrete filler;
- it increases the resistance against the displacement of the bitumen film from the rock surface with water, and also increases the resistance against chemical reagents;
- dispersion and dissolution in the binder is achieved at operating cooking temperatures of more than 110 C. The input can be carried out at the stage of preparation and processing of bitumen binder, with preliminary mechanical mixing with other fillers;
- The effectiveness is manifested when introducing up to 1.5% by weight into the binder.

They are part of powder and architectural paints, coatings for wood.

- Dispersant and plasticizer in super concentrates (masterbatches, polymer compositions);
- Viscosity regulator in hot melt adhesives and adhesives, oils, coolant;
- Component of wax compositions (paraffin compositions, model injection formulations for metallurgy, candles);
- Temperature and strength modifier in thermoplastics, bitumen.
