Syntowax E46M20
Syntowax E46M20 is a micronized polyethylene wax, a highly effective additive for coatings and paints (PCM).
Micronized waxes are synthetic polyethylene and amide waxes obtained by grinding polymer raw materials in jet mills or by spray dispersion. The appearance of the finished product may vary: it can consist of spherical particles of uniform shape or irregularly crushed particles of various shapes.
Recommendations for use: the optimal dosage is 0.5–3% of the total formulation weight, depending on the required effect. It is recommended to carry out test mixing before full-scale application.
Application:
- Industrial and decorative paints
- Powder coatings
- Printing inks and varnishes
- Anti-corrosion compounds

Application:
- External lubricant / lubricant, plasticizer for polymers (PVC, PP, HDPE, LDPE, Rubbers);
- Dispersant and plasticizer in super concentrates (masterbatches, polymer compositions);
- Viscosity regulator in hot melt adhesives and adhesives, oils, coolant;
- Component of wax compositions (paraffin compositions, model injection formulations for metallurgy, candles);
- Temperature and strength modifier in thermoplastics, bitumen.

P24M10 is a micronized polypropylene wax, representing a universal high-temperature additive with a melting point of 146–152 °C, compatible with most coating systems, including solvent-based, powder, epoxy, polyester, acrylic, and UV-curable coatings. Its key function is the formation of a strong and hard protective surface layer that significantly enhances the coating’s resistance to abrasive wear and scratching. At the same time, the wax acts as a highly effective matting agent, providing a uniform, stable, and deep matte finish.
Thanks to its chemical inertness and high melting point, P24M10 remains stable within formulations and during service without negatively affecting other film properties. It is used in protective, industrial, and decorative coatings where increased surface wear resistance, resistance to mechanical damage, and a stable matte appearance are required.

Micronized waxes are used as additives in the production of coatings and surface finishes. They improve gloss and slip properties, promote effective resin dispersion, and form a smooth surface layer that protects against scratching and abrasion.
They are used in powder coatings, architectural paints, and wood coatings.
