Syntowax E 12P (50P)
Polyethylene wax is oxidized, nonpolar.
Low viscosity polyethylene waxes are high—pressure ethylene polymers with a molecular weight from 1000 to 2000 AU with a high melting point and low viscosity (5-100 MPa·C at 140 ° C).
The composition is dominated by polyethylene of a predominantly linear structure, which allows them not to thicken when the temperature rises. This property determines their use as a technological additive to improve fluidity and masterbatch when dispersing fillers and pigments in the production of polymer products. Low viscosity polyethylene waxes reduce the viscosity of mixtures and improve formability and the extraction process from the mold.
The products are manufactured according to Technical conditions 243583-008-35206235-2020 "1" and are delivered on pallets (1000kg) in polypropylene bags of 20 kg.
You can buy these products in bulk at a price of 170-270 r / kg from the company "Forplast Trading".

P24M10 is a micronized polypropylene wax, representing a universal high-temperature additive with a melting point of 146–152 °C, compatible with most coating systems, including solvent-based, powder, epoxy, polyester, acrylic, and UV-curable coatings. Its key function is the formation of a strong and hard protective surface layer that significantly enhances the coating’s resistance to abrasive wear and scratching. At the same time, the wax acts as a highly effective matting agent, providing a uniform, stable, and deep matte finish.
Thanks to its chemical inertness and high melting point, P24M10 remains stable within formulations and during service without negatively affecting other film properties. It is used in protective, industrial, and decorative coatings where increased surface wear resistance, resistance to mechanical damage, and a stable matte appearance are required.

Micronized waxes are used as additives in the production of coatings and surface finishes. They improve gloss and slip properties, promote effective resin dispersion, and form a smooth surface layer that protects against scratching and abrasion.
They are used in powder coatings, architectural paints, and wood coatings.
