The ForplastTrading company has implemented the 5S system as part of the national project "Labor Productivity".

This made it possible to create safe and comfortable working conditions, reduce the risk of defects in production and save working time. RCC experts conducted training and helped to analyze the workplace, as a result of which a workplace standard was developed.

The national project is aimed at strengthening the economic condition of enterprises and increasing labor productivity by 5% in the whole country by 2024.
