Due to the withdrawal of most European manufacturers of additives from the Russian market, there is an urgent need for import substitution of demanded components. Additives, in particular synthetic waxes, can affect the rheology of the melt, the properties of polymer compositions and finished products. Synthetic polyethylene waxes are produced by the Russian company Forplast Trading.

Waxes can be combined with each other and are allowed to come into contact with food. There is a need to develop new formulations and import substitution of functional additives.
